Delete your account inside the app, or email a request if you cannot access the app.

Destek → Hesabımı sil seçeneğini aç, silme onayını ver ve istenirse Google veya Apple hesabını yeniden doğrula.

E-posta ile talep

karenalverd@gmail.com adresine “Live Widgets for Apps — Hesap silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönder. Hesabında kullandığın e-posta adresini belirt. Şifreni, giriş kodunu veya kart bilgini gönderme.

Neler silinir?

Uygulama hesabın, sunucudaki satın alma eşleştirmeleri, hediye Premium kayıtları ve ilişkili işlem kayıtları silinir. Uygulamadan silme ayrıca o telefondaki tabloları ve hazırlanmış medya kopyalarını kaldırır. Galerindeki kaynak dosyalar korunur.

Kimliğinin tek yönlü özeti, silinen verinin eşzamanlı bir işlemle yeniden oluşmasını önlemek amacıyla 24 saat süreyle tutulabilir. Mağazanın kendi ödeme kayıtları kendi saklama kurallarına tabidir.

Satın alma ve önceki abonelikler

Yeni Premium ürünü tek seferlik satın almadır; otomatik yenilenmez. Hesap silmek satın alma ücretini iade etmez. Önceki sürümden aboneliğin varsa Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler bölümünden ayrıca yönetebilirsin.

Delete in the app

Open Support → Delete my account, confirm deletion, and reauthenticate with Google or Apple if requested.

Request by email

Email karenalverd@gmail.com with the subject “Live Widgets for Apps — Account deletion request.” Include the email used for your account. Never send your password, sign-in code or card information.

What is deleted?

Your app account, server-side purchase links, complimentary Premium records and related operation records are deleted. Deletion inside the app also removes designs and prepared media copies on that phone. Original gallery files remain.

A one-way hash of your identifier may be retained for 24 hours to prevent concurrent operations from recreating deleted data. Store payment records remain subject to the store’s retention rules.

Purchases and previous subscriptions

The new Premium product is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Account deletion does not refund a purchase. If you have a subscription from an earlier version, manage it separately under Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
